No! Although they will last much longer than regular vegetables because they are, in fact dehydrated, they will lose their potency after about 60 days. We also recomend refrigerating after opening.
Do I have to take these with food?
No! This is food. We do highly recomend drinking lots of water(not soda) because the vegetables do need to rehydrate.
Should I refrigerate after opening?
We recommend refrigerating after opening. The vegetables have been blanched and dehydrated, but are still perishable, so they will last longer with full potency if refrigerated.
